***Please note that PEX fittings should only be used with PEX tubing. Size listed is nominal. In the same way that a 2x4 piece of lumber is actually 1.5" x 3.5", a PEX fitting should not be measured by a tape measure, but rather used only for PEX tubing in the same nominal size. The actual size of the barbed ends of this fitting are 0.858" x 0.667". They will likely not fit if used with other types of tube or hose. Please use standard hose barb fittings if not using PEX tubing***
